On Monday we celebrated Father’s Day as a whole school community, filling the school with gratitude for the dads and father figures who support and inspire our students.

Our wonderful Year 3 students led a heartfelt liturgy, sharing prayers, songs and readings that reminded us of the gift of fatherhood. Our wonderful infants choir also sang a beautiful piece. 🙌💙

We were grateful to welcome Father Mani, who shared a blessing over all fathers in our community.

Today our Year 3 students engaged in a special activity run by Mrs Leva, Our Family Educator, creating mosaic tiles with some of our parents. This will be used as a special keepsake as they prepare for their First Holy Communion next week.

Through art, conversation and shared moments, we reminded our children that faith can be lived in many ways - in prayer, in kindness, in creativity, and in the way we care for one another.

What a morning! Our staff kicked off Wellbeing Week with an energising breathwork experience guided by HF parent Simmo.

We explored how quickly our state can shift when we’re intentional, moving from busy to grounded, from tense to regulated. The room felt lighter, calmer and so connected.

Last week Holy Family celebrated Book Week, and it was filled with excitement and creativity! Students enjoyed author visits, buddy reading, The big book bargain, fun classroom activities, our Book Week Parade and a wonderful Book Week Performance. We finished with a special teacher performance that everyone loved!

A big thank you to all staff who helped make this week so special, especially Mr Livirizzi who worked behind the scenes to make the week unforgettable! 📚✨
